What makes rural areas attractive for businesses, jobs and talent? As discussions on the post-2027 EU policy framework continue, rural competitiveness is becoming an increasingly important topic. Strengthening rural businesses, supporting innovation, attracting and retaining talent, and creating opportunities for economic diversification are all essential for resilient and thriving rural economies.
The Rural Pact Community Pulse poll invites you to share your views on the factors that contribute most to rural competitiveness and the priorities that should guide future support through the proposed National and Regional Partnership Plans (NRPPs).
The results will help inform upcoming Rural Pact activities, including a Good Practice Webinar on strengthening rural businesses and local economies and a Policy Lab on strengthening a diversified rural economy in the post-2027 period.
The poll is anonymous, takes just 2-3 minutes to complete and is available in all official EU languages.
Take part by 20 July and help shape the discussion on the future of rural competitiveness.
