Content & Communications Coordinator
SEED Projects Ltd. · Freelance · ~10 hrs/week · Hybrid (Remote and Field-Based)
SEED Projects is a Maltese company working at the intersection of rural resilience, cultural expression, social justice and social innovation. We design and implement projects that create real impact - across rural tourism, sustainable agriculture, social justice, social entrepreneurship, culture and the arts - always grounded in trusted relationships and a deep commitment to local communities.
Our ecosystem includes some local entities. We operate locally and across Europe, and we believe that meaningful change begins with how we work together within our Team.
We are looking for a Content & Communications Coordinator to join our ecosystem on a freelance basis (~10 hours per week). You will support communications across SEED Projects' entities.
Your work will include:
-
Managing and producing content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
-
Contributing to our websites and blogs
-
Supporting the creation of materials such as presentations, brochures, and other communications assets
-
Helping maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across the ecosystem
This is not a rigid, task-by-task role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, use his/her initiative, and grow with us.
We are not looking for a specific degree or a long CV. We are looking for the right fit:
You might be a great one if you:
-
communicate clearly and thoughtfully in writing, visually, or both
-
are proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working without a fixed script
-
can adapt to a flexible, dynamic schedule and manage your own time well
-
are genuinely curious about the themes we work on: rural communities, cultural heritage, sustainable tourism, social innovation
-
care about doing things well and with ethical integrity
A background in communications, marketing, or related fields is welcome but not 100% required. What matters most is motivation, attention to detail, tech-smart (AI included), and alignment with our values.
